Course Description

They always say when you've done it once you would do it differently the next time. Conceived as the result of the personal experiences of our Managing Partner, this one day course, run at your premises, is based around a real life case history. The course charts the business interruption, a fire in a large plastics company, from day one to month six. It discusses the lessons learned and then links these to your organisation. Delegates will be taken through the principles of Business Impact Analysis and how the results of which should then be mitigated within the Business Continuity and Emergency Plans. Whilst classroom based this is very much a practical course which uses exercises and break-out sessions to help your team understand the steps they will need to take, after the course, in planning for continuity rather than disaster. As Winston Churchill once said "Difficulties mastered, are opportunities won" we truly believe that this course will change the way that your management team think about Disaster Recovery.
